Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
In short: upload only things you have the right to share, nothing harmful or illegal. Free links last 7 days. We can remove any page that breaks these rules.
1. Using DropMyPage
By uploading a file or HTML to DropMyPage, or opening a DropMyPage link, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to what you upload.
- You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who opens your link, for as long as the link is active. That's all we use it for.
- You're responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
3. What you can't upload
- Phishing pages, fake login pages, or anything that asks people for passwords or payment details.
- Malware, or pages that try to install software or harm a visitor's device.
- Scams, fraud, or pages pretending to be another person, company or government.
- Content that is illegal where you live or where it's viewed, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or other people's private information.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Spam, or using DropMyPage to send unsolicited messages in bulk.
Pages run in a sandbox, and pages with password fields are blocked automatically.
4. Removing pages
We can remove or block any page, at any time and without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or puts visitors at risk. Anyone can report a page. Copyright owners can use the same form; include the link and what the page copies.
5. Free links and limits
- Free links stop working after 7 days, and the page is then deleted. Keep your own copy of anything you upload.
- Files can be up to 5 MB, and there's a daily limit on uploads per person. Limits may change.
- Free pages show a small "Made with DropMyPage" banner.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, their price, what's included and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and payments will be handled by our payment provider.
7. No guarantee
We work to keep DropMyPage running, but it's provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that uploaded pages will never be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DropMyPage isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using the service. For the free service, our total liability is limited to zero; for paid plans, to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using DropMyPage after a change, the new terms apply.
